The CGTLEA New Orleans Chapter is committed to the highest standards of financial integrity, operational transparency, and military ethics compliance. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and an established Coast Guard Employee Organization, we operate with clear, publicly available guidelines to ensure every donated dollar directly supports the morale, welfare, and emergency relief of the men and women in our local Area of Responsibility.

To maintain strict alignment with federal ethics doctrine (5 C.F.R. § 2635.204) and IRS non-profit regulations, our Board of Directors operates under a rigorous set of internal controls. We invite our members, command partners, and corporate sponsors to review our complete operating procedures below as well as our IRS Form 1023 and annual returns (Form 990), which are maintained here for public inspection in accordance with federal law.
